Pat is a retired Commander from the Austin Police Department. He and his wife of 20 years who is also an agent with Friedman Real Estate, own and operate a large wedding venue in the Dripping Springs area. He has lived in the Austin area for over 20 years and in Dripping Springs for the last 12 years. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two young sons in the outdoors. His favorite activities include hiking, weight lifting, saltwater fishing (specifically along the Texas gulf coast near Rockport and Port Aransas), and attending his kids games and practices in La Crosse and football. Pat and his wife own several properties on the Texas Coast and are very knowledgeable about those areas in addition to the Austin/Dripping Springs area.
